Description

You'll lead Pave's Account Management team, driving customer retention and expansion. You'll own GDR and NDR metrics, build scalable processes, and partner cross-functionally to ensure customers get maximum value from Pave's compensation platform.

Requirements

  • 7+ years post-sales B2B SaaS experience, with 3+ years in AM leadership owning retention/expansion metrics
  • Demonstrated track record of improving NDR and GDR
  • Strong commercial instincts and executive-level relationship management
  • Experience building and scaling AM processes from scratch
  • High-growth startup experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own GDR and NDR metrics, driving team toward 90%+ GDR and 110%+ NDR targets
  • Lead, coach, and performance manage a team of Account Managers
  • Build scalable AM processes: coverage models, renewal forecasting, customer health scoring
  • Drive expansion and advocacy via partnerships with Sales
  • Champion voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap
