Description

You will lead the SME team to develop high-quality educational content and digital experiments for K-12 and Higher Ed in science, medical, literacy, and mathematics. You will coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Development teams, oversee content quality, and support strategic initiatives like proposals and presales.

Requirements

• Experience leading and coordinating subject matter experts in educational content development
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Deep subject knowledge in K-12 or Higher Ed science, medical, literacy, or mathematics
• Excellent communication and requirement translation abilities
• Proven ability to deliver content on time and to high quality standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate SME workloads, priorities, and content quality
• Act as bridge between SMEs, Product, Design, Unity/Development, and Learn teams
• Oversee workflow and ticketing processes including task creation and final content checks
• Lead requirement gathering and translate pedagogical needs into actionable tasks
• Conduct reviews and edits of content deliverables for scientific and pedagogical accuracy
