Description

You will provide venipuncture and clinical support services, manage patient intake, and ensure a seamless in-office experience across multiple locations. You'll combine specimen collection with front desk duties, use technology like Slack and EMR systems, and contribute to team development.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy and focus
• Proficiency with technology suites like Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, and EMR systems
• Ability to work across multiple offices in a market

Responsibilities

• Provide venipuncture services on a range of populations
• Perform EKGs, vitals, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
• Manage patient intake, scheduling, billing, and insurance verification
• Maintain specimen labeling, handling, and inventory upkeep
• Perform opening/closing duties and daily office upkeep
