You'll lead sourcing projects across global functions, using analytical skills to optimize strategies and drive measurable outcomes. You'll collaborate daily with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to directly impact growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn, social media, and user groups
• Analyze pipeline metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
• Build and engage passive and active talent pipelines for sales roles
• Maintain candidate database ensuring completeness of profiles

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of talent sourcing in a scale-up environment
• Experience sourcing globally across different markets
• Fluency in English (B2+) and cross-cultural communication skills
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter

• Experience sourcing in APAC, EMEA, LATAM markets
• Experience with GTM roles
