You'll provide personal care and companionship to help adults stay safe and independent at home, following a care plan. Your work enables clients to live with comfort and dignity while you build close relationships. BAYADA offers training and flexible scheduling to support your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks

📋 Requirements

• Current CHHA license in New Jersey in good standing
• Minimum one year work experience in home care or patient care
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned

• Previous home health care or patient care experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
