💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Marketing roles across EMEA at Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company. Your core impact will be driving hiring excellence and building strong stakeholder relationships while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also coach other recruiters and contribute to global hiring strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from sourcing through offer
• Source talent proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative channels
• Build diverse pipelines and deliver excellent candidate experience across EMEA

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of EMEA talent acquisition experience
• Experience hiring sales and marketing roles across multiple seniority levels
• Advanced English communication skills
• Proficiency with ATS tools and sourcing methods

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Good knowledge of German language
