💼 About This Role

You'll lead corporate/portfolio valuation engagements and complex securities valuations at a rapidly growing consultancy backed by New Mountain Capital. You'll drive impact across the business lifecycle, mentor junior team members, and support business development in a hybrid office environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform valuation analysis on illiquid investments across industries
• Design financial models for DCF, market multiple, and option pricing
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Four years experience constructing valuation models (DCF, comparable company, etc.)
• Located in or willing to relocate to a listed city
• Commitment to collaborate in office four days per week
