💼 About This Role

You'll lead Pipedrive's global product analytics function, transforming data into actionable insights. You'll partner deeply with Product teams to understand customer behavior, optimize product offerings, and drive the experimentation program to measure impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing Product Analytics team
• Define and evolve a global product measurement strategy
• Build and maintain a unified behavioral analytics framework
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform roadmaps
• Own and scale the experimentation framework

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in analytics including 5+ leading Product Analytics
• Experience building and scaling analytics teams of 10+ people
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience with experimentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience applying machine learning or predictive modeling
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., LTV/CAC)
