💼 About This Role

You'll own the architecture, performance, and conversion of Pindrop.com during a full rebrand for the AI era. You'll set the technical foundation, ship code, and drive AI-native web experiences that are fast, personalized, and discoverable by humans and AI agents. This is a senior IC role with CEO-visible impact, partnering with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Pindrop.com architecture, performance, and uptime.
• Implement AI-native features like personalization and RAG-backed content.
• Own on-site conversion across demo, content, and product journeys.
• Manage web data quality across GA4, GTM, and BI dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years owning web performance end-to-end.
• B2B SaaS or enterprise website experience driving pipeline.
• Daily fluent use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Deep hands-on experience with WordPress and Webflow.
• Strong front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in cybersecurity, fraud, contact center, or AI/ML products.
• Experience shipping AI-powered web features (personalization, RAG-backed content).
• Familiarity with HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot.
