You'll lead product strategy and execution for BJAK's platform, working with engineering, design, and leadership. You'll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, identifying opportunities and defining direction to solve the most important problems for users. This role offers the chance to shape strategy as we expand into new applications.

• Define and drive overall product strategy and roadmap
• Identify high-impact opportunities through user insights and data
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Continuously improve product performance through experimentation

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in product management at tech companies
• Proven ability to define strategy and deliver products to scale
• Strong analytical thinking to guide decisions with data
• Experience working with engineering teams on technical trade-offs
