💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow Paytm's relationships with bus operators in your region, driving strategic partnerships and ensuring competitive supply availability. You'll own regional revenue and performance, leveraging data for pricing and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships with RTCs and private bus operators.
• Own revenue targets, load factors, and seat fill rates.
• Negotiate commission structures and commercial agreements.
• Monitor SLA adherence and resolve partner issues.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in bus ticketing or travel partnerships.
• Prior experience with state transport corporations or aggregators.
• Data-savvy with Excel and BI tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
