📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend engineering and distributed systems
• 4+ years expert-level Go (Golang) experience
• Proven experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows
• Deep expertise in microservices and scalable backend patterns

• Experience with asynchronous messaging systems
