You'll support apartment turnover at a student housing property over a 4-8 week period. Your work ensures a seamless move-out and move-in experience for residents.

• Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties like painting and drywall repairs
• Participate in apartment inspections and document unit condition
• Perform light housekeeping and keep grounds clean
• Provide general administrative assistance in office and clubhouse

• Willingness to help in a variety of capacities
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical movement indoors and outdoors
• Must be 18 years of age or older by start date
