💼 About This Role

You'll build the systems and automations powering our GTM machine at a YC-backed AI research company. You'll own infrastructure across HubSpot, data pipelines, and AI-powered growth experiments. This role combines marketing, data, and technology for real impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and optimize workflows across HubSpot, Clay, and analytics tools.
• Build and maintain attribution models and reporting dashboards.
• Automate manual GTM processes like lead routing and enrichment.
• Design and run systematic growth experiments across channels.

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Marketing, CS, or Data Science.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
• Data-driven mindset with focus on metrics and conversion rates.
• Strong written and verbal English communication, high agency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay).
• Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
• Basic web development skills (HTML/CSS) or BI tools.
