💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full tendering process for multidisciplinary water and wastewater treatment projects, coordinating process design, MEICA, civil works, and cost strategy. Your core impact is ensuring seamless alignment between technical solutions and commercial requirements from prequalification to contract signature. This role offers exposure to high‑value international projects across BeNeLux and beyond.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full bid lifecycle from prequalification to contract negotiation.
• Define bid strategy in collaboration with senior management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including process, MEICA, and cost estimators.
• Ensure consistency between design, cost estimation, and execution strategy.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years combined experience in tendering and project execution in water/wastewater treatment.
• 3+ years in bid or tender management coordinating process and MEICA elements.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
