Description

You'll lead a small perception team developing autonomy for off-road construction vehicles, owning the entire data, perception ML, and analytics stack from sensor ingest to edge inference. This high-ownership role ensures models perform reliably in unpredictable off-road environments, driving real-world vehicle performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years in relevant fields
• Experience leading small technical teams while remaining hands-on
• Deployed ML models to edge platforms (NVIDIA Jetson/Orin) with TensorRT
• Strong production experience with Python and PyTorch
• Data-centric ML and dataset quality management

Responsibilities

• Own the entire perception lifecycle from data collection to production deployment
• Architect models for real-time inference on NVIDIA hardware
• Lead data-centric ML, building active learning loops from field failures
• Translate ML trade-offs into actionable insights for leadership
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Field Ops on fleet analytics
