• Define and drive global real estate strategy balancing cost and growth
• Lead end-to-end lease transactions from strategy to execution
• Develop portfolio strategies, financial models, and scenario analyses
• Build scalable frameworks and operating mechanisms for consistency

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years leading corporate real estate transactions
• Expertise in lease negotiation, portfolio strategy, and financial modeling
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with AI-enabled tools, Google and Microsoft Suites

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house experience strongly preferred
• Experience with commercial office and industrial/warehouse environments
