💼 About This Role

You'll join the Cards team at Tilt, a remote-first fintech, to drive technical strategy for our AI-driven credit platform. You'll scale the card platform, optimize payment scheduling and build automated loss mitigation features that directly impact revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical strategy for Card Spend and Payments systems
• Enhance AI-driven payment scheduling systems
• Scale rewards platform to increase card utilization
• Build automated loss mitigation features using proprietary risk models

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years developing web APIs with .NET (C#)
• Experience building resilient financial systems with state machine logic
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and queue-based architectures
• Experience scaling consumer-facing products with high transaction volumes
