You'll serve as a key escalation point for complex technical challenges, investigating and resolving advanced support issues. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls.
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues with WordPress, plugins, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
  • Provide technical guidance on best practices, scalability, and caching.
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting docs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, themes, plugins, hooks, WP-CLI.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS debugging.
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of web technologies including REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, reverse proxies, or enterprise WordPress hosting.
  • Knowledge of debugging tools like New Relic or Kibana.
