You'll serve as a key escalation point for complex technical challenges, investigating and resolving advanced support issues. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls.
- Investigate and resolve complex issues with WordPress, plugins, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices, scalability, and caching.
- Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting docs.
๐ Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, themes, plugins, hooks, WP-CLI.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS debugging.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise environments.
- Understanding of web technologies including REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, reverse proxies, or enterprise WordPress hosting.
- Knowledge of debugging tools like New Relic or Kibana.
