💼 About This Role

You'll join Tailor's Omakase team to build composable ERP modules from first principles for multi-channel retailers and manufacturers. You'll design reference implementations that serve as both working products and blueprints, occasionally embedding with forward deployed teams to support customer go-lives. This role offers the chance to shape the "batteries included" layer on a Y-Combinator backed platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build composable ERP modules for operational problems
• Work across GraphQL APIs, business logic, and React frontends
• Create abstractions balancing flexibility and opinionated defaults
• Coach technical partners and review code across the ecosystem

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development
• Strong full-stack TypeScript skills (APIs, logic, React)
• Experience in ecommerce, operations, or enterprise software

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, etc.)
• Built software running real business processes
