💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead delivery of complex enterprise solutions for a leading Bitcoin infrastructure company, working with clients and internal teams from pre-sales to steady-state operations. Your core impact is ensuring predictable execution and successful transition into production for institutional clients. You'll act as the senior delivery authority, managing multi-workstream programs and driving continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex client engagements
• Translate solution requirements into executable delivery plans
• Manage multi-workstream programs with governance and reporting
• Lead delivery planning including resource allocation and risk management

📋 Requirements

• 7–12 years in enterprise delivery leadership within financial services or fintech
• Proven success delivering large-scale multi-system solutions in regulated environments
• Deep understanding of solution delivery governance and risk management
• Experience with cloud, hybrid deployments, and CI/CD
