💼 About This Role

You'll own sourcing and supplier strategy for high-performance PCBs at Etched, an AI inference hardware company building ASICs for transformers. Your core impact will be scaling production rapidly, cost-effectively, and with high quality. You'll negotiate commercial terms, manage global suppliers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure program schedules and ramp timelines are met.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for PCBs and assembly partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with PCB fabs and EMS partners across regions.
• Negotiate commercial terms covering pricing, capacity, tooling, and NREs.
• Partner with Hardware Engineering on DFM, stack-up selection, and vendor qualification.
• Drive cost modeling, benchmarking, and should-cost analysis for complex boards.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience sourcing PCBs or EMS for high-performance computing or networking.
• Strong understanding of PCB fabrication processes, materials (FR-4, low-loss laminates), and assembly constraints.
• Experience assessing PCB BOMs, fabrication quotes, yield drivers, and cost structures.
