Description

You will establish APQP requirements and ensure development quality of battery cells, modules, and packs. You'll plan quality objectives, coordinate with project teams, and manage the quality lifecycle, resolving quality issues and summarizing experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, CET-4 or above, good English communication skills
• 2+ years battery R&D, quality management or process management experience
• 1+ year R&D project management experience in related industry
• Ability to conduct quality system reviews and on-site audits, issue audit reports independently
• Proficient in quality management systems, processes, and common quality tools

Responsibilities

• Establish and improve APQP requirements for the project
• Plan project quality and reliability objectives, ensure implementation across stages
• Coordinate with business managers to decompose and implement after-sales quality targets
• Establish node passing conditions, conduct completion reviews, and provide quality opinions
• Manage project lifecycle quality, ensure R&D process control, and drive resolution of trial production, experimental, and after-sales quality issues
