💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic efforts to identify and engage trusted community voices across Utah, strengthening public health outreach. You'll build a comprehensive database of messengers, conduct interviews and listening sessions, and collaborate with local health departments. This role allows you to directly impact communication with diverse populations in a dynamic public health program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep-dive research to identify formal and informal nodes of influence.
• Coordinate with Local Health Department leaders to vet community partners.
• Create a comprehensive database of trusted messengers by expertise and geography.
• Conduct interviews, listening sessions, and focus groups to validate information sources.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Sociology, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement or outreach.
• Experience with state or local health departments, nonprofits, or grassroots orgs.
• Demonstrated partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
