You'll lead a field sales team to drive EDC device sales in the oil & gas vertical for India's leading mobile payments platform. Your work will directly impact merchant onboarding and transaction growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a field sales team of 5+ members
• Drive EDC machine sales in oil & gas sector
• Build and maintain channel partner relationships
• Monitor daily productivity and incentive earnings

📋 Requirements

• Smartphone, bike, and helmet for field work
• 3 years of channel sales & distribution experience
• Proven experience leading field sales teams
• Knowledge of merchant onboarding and incentives

• Experience in POS/EDC device sales
• Post-graduation preferred
• Familiar with metrics-based sales tracking
