💼 About This Role

You'll join a newly formed Data Self Service department to be the first line of support between business stakeholders and BI, streamlining requests and accelerating insights. You'll categorize requests, build Databricks notebooks, and promote self-service with Genie Workspaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as first point of contact for internal data requests, identifying scope and complexity
• Categorize requests into ad-hoc and project-level, solving ad-hoc independently
• Build and maintain scalable Databricks notebooks for self-service use cases
• Contribute to Genie Workspaces to promote data self-service and empowerment
• Support stakeholders with training and guidance to increase autonomy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative field
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency
• Experience with Databricks or notebook-style development
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Pandas and NumPy for data analysis
• Familiarity with Genie or LLM-based data exploration tools
• Previous experience in a self-service analytics or support-oriented team
