💼 About This Role
You'll own the post-launch growth playbook for active partnerships, driving activation rates and same-store sales. You'll build and maintain BD reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into Mexico's partnership engine. This role offers high partner-facing autonomy as you deliver results.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Track and optimize partner activation rates and same-store sales growth.
- Build and maintain BD reporting dashboards and partner scorecards.
- Serve as daily operational contact for partner escalations and rollouts.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (new stores, products).
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management in retail/telecom/fintech.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Excel proficiency for building dashboards, pipeline trackers, and partner scorecards.
- Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.

- Experience with Mexico's retail or telecom landscape.
- Existing relationships at major chains or carriers.
- Degree from ITAM, Ibero, Tec, or UNAM.
