💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy, architecture, and operations of Harvey's corporate systems portfolio including Workday, NetSuite, and integrations. You'll lead a team of People and Finance Systems specialists. This is a rare chance to build the tech stack for a high-growth AI company shaping the future of professional services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set and execute multi-year roadmap for HRIS, ERP, procurement, and integrations
• Lead and grow the People Systems and Finance Systems team
• Partner with finance and people leaders to translate requirements into systems
• Manage Workday and NetSuite ecosystems with release management and governance
• Build integration layer between corporate systems, data warehouse, and GTM systems

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise/business systems
• 4+ years leading teams owning HRIS and ERP platforms in production
• Deep operating experience with Workday HCM and NetSuite ERP at a high-growth company
• Experience managing corporate systems through scaling milestones like new countries and audit readiness

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company scaling through 1,000+ employees
• Experience with agentic AI or LLM-based automation inside corporate systems
• Familiarity with Zip, Carta, Deel, Remote, Ramp
