You'll join a nationally acclaimed Intellectual Property team at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, managing trademark prosecution and portfolio management for global brands. You'll handle TTAB proceedings, UDRP actions, and enforcement strategies. This role offers direct client interaction and work with cutting-edge brands.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct trademark searches and assess clearance
• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO
• Manage TTAB proceedings including oppositions and cancellations
• Draft and respond to cease-and-desist letters

📋 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 3-6 years of experience in trademark prosecution and portfolio management
• Experience with USPTO trademark application prosecution
• Experience with TTAB proceedings and UDRP actions
