You'll own Workday Total Rewards configuration for a global identity platform, optimizing Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM. Your work will directly impact the employee experience across Okta's workforce. This role offers a chance to solve complex problems and drive automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end Workday configuration for Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM
• Lead Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Reviews
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and hubs for insights
• Manage Workday upgrades and evaluate new functionality

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of Workday experience with Advanced Compensation expertise (4+ years)
• Deep hands-on configuration in Benefits and Advanced Compensation
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
• Experience managing a backlog of enhancements across competing priorities

✨ Nice to Have

• Workday Certifications in Benefits, Advanced Comp, or Core HCM
• Experience with Time Tracking, Absence, or Payroll modules
