💼 About This Role

You'll join the Offers and Checkout team, owning end-to-end features for loan customers using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You'll drive AI-driven UX development and build scalable services in a data-intensive AWS environment. This role offers high autonomy in a cross-functional FinTech team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver end-to-end features for Offers, Checkout, and Customer Area domains
• Drive automation and AI-driven UX development
• Build and maintain scalable services in AWS with Kubernetes and Lambda
• Collaborate with Product Owners and UX Designers on high-conversion journeys

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Fullstack Engineer with emphasis on Frontend
• Expert-level proficiency in React and Node.js
• Deep interest and practical experience in AI tooling and automation
• Experience in conversion-focused business contexts with A/B-testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with modern infrastructure and CI/CD like AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions or ArgoCD
• Proven experience in writing and reviewing RFCs and working with PRDs
