Description

In this role, you'll lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of AI agent solutions, bridging business requirements with technical execution. You'll use platforms like BotDojo to create automated workflows and conversation flows, overseeing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience in prompt engineering and debugging prompts
• Intermediate scripting in Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Basic to intermediate understanding of conversational AI and chatbot frameworks
• Skills in REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Knowledge of data privacy and security standards

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and train end-users on AI agent functionality
• Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using BotDojo
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance
• Integrate AI agents with systems via scripting and APIs
