You'll provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Your work will directly improve the lives of older adults in a mission-driven nonprofit environment. Compassionate care and resident rights are at the core of this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care needs like grooming and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to charge nurse.
• Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.

📋 Requirements

• Graduate of a CNA Program.
• Current active CNA certification in California.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
