💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted advisor and communication bridge between Global System Integrators, enterprise customers, and Percona. You'll ensure clear visibility into support activities and drive technical enablement for successful deployment of database solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with stakeholders at GSIs and enterprise customers.
• Coordinate support ticket status and host operational reviews.
• Deliver onboarding, training, and best practice workshops.
• Track escalations and ensure alignment with Percona processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with enterprise environments and system integrators.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with Global System Integrators (TCS, Infosys, etc.).
• Background as a DBA, support, or consulting engineer.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.
