💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive the enterprise supply plan, including rough-cut capacity planning, as a core component of the S&OP cycle. You'll serve as the primary liaison between supply chain and plant operations, ensuring supply plans are feasible and aligned to demand. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the enterprise supply plan via rough-cut capacity planning.
• Lead the supply review in the monthly S&OP cycle and present to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with plant Operations teams on capacity and schedule feasibility.
• Oversee plant Master Schedulers to align enterprise plans with facility MPS.
• Identify supply/demand imbalances and develop resolution scenarios.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Operations.
• 5+ years in supply planning, master scheduling, or S&OP in manufacturing.
• Rough-cut capacity planning and MPS development experience.
• ERP proficiency (INFOR/SyteLine preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

✨ Nice to Have

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Cross-functional or dotted-line leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel and capacity modeling skills.
