💼 About This Role

You'll help design, build, and optimize the Workday systems that power our global workforce at Snowflake. Your core impact will be ensuring our people data and processes scale as fast as Snowflake does. You'll leverage AI tools to improve and operationalize tasks and processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recommend system solutions
• Provide production support, triage tickets, troubleshoot system issues
• Perform configuration and administration of Workday modules
• Assess new Workday features and conduct regression testing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience on a global scale
• Strong experience in at least two Workday modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Learning, Absence, Time Tracking)
• In-depth knowledge of Workday foundational concepts, business processes, EIBs, security, reporting
• Experience with data governance, handling sensitive data, and SOX compliance

• Experience with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Workday Agents
• Project management skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
