You'll design engaging, scalable learning experiences that accelerate customer and partner adoption of Vectra's AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. You'll define foundational templates and frameworks for microlearning and certification content. This role offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape education programs for a global audience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain sales and partner learning programs and certifications.
• Build modular, interactive courses using authoring tools like Rise 360 and Storyline.
• Create hands-on labs, assessments, and simulations for practical skill development.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into instructional materials.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design within SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to design role-based and scenario-based learning for business outcomes.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and assessment design.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Experience designing for cybersecurity enterprise software audiences.
• Knowledge of video editing or multimedia production tools (Descript, Camtasia).
