You'll lead benefit program strategy and administration for approximately 7,500 employees and 3,000 retirees at the City of Fort Worth. You'll drive plan design and fund management for self-funded insurance offerings while building a high-performing team. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Establish standards for benefit service model with measurable responsiveness.
  • Manage self-funded insurance plans and related fund management.
  • Oversee vendor performance, implementation, and ROI.
  • Lead strategic planning for program and plan design.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5 years of benefits experience.
  • 2 years of administrative and supervisory experience.
  • Experience with self-funded insurance offerings.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • CEBS, CGBA, or similar professional certification.
  • 7 years of benefits experience including 3 years supervisory.
  • Proven track record of data-driven plan design.
