💼 About This Role

You'll lead benefit program strategy and administration for approximately 7,500 employees and 3,000 retirees at the City of Fort Worth. You'll drive plan design and fund management for self-funded insurance offerings while building a high-performing team. This role offers the chance to shape benefits for one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish standards for benefit service model with measurable responsiveness.
• Manage self-funded insurance plans and related fund management.
• Oversee vendor performance, implementation, and ROI.
• Lead strategic planning for program and plan design.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of benefits experience.
• 2 years of administrative and supervisory experience.
• Experience with self-funded insurance offerings.

✨ Nice to Have

• CEBS, CGBA, or similar professional certification.
• 7 years of benefits experience including 3 years supervisory.
• Proven track record of data-driven plan design.
