You'll join our Customer Support team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for a global cybersecurity leader. You'll handle escalations from Japanese customers and contribute to process improvement. This role offers exposure to advanced security technologies and collaboration with a global team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle complex technical issues and escalations from Japanese customers via phone, case system, and chat.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting via log analysis, system diagnostics, and network configurations.
  • Reproduce customer issues in lab environments and validate solutions.
  • Mentor inquiries from Japanese customers and contribute to knowledge base updates.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support of technical software products.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Windows Server.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Linux.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, Python).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
