You'll join our Customer Support team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for a global cybersecurity leader. You'll handle escalations from Japanese customers and contribute to process improvement. This role offers exposure to advanced security technologies and collaboration with a global team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle complex technical issues and escalations from Japanese customers via phone, case system, and chat.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting via log analysis, system diagnostics, and network configurations.
- Reproduce customer issues in lab environments and validate solutions.
- Mentor inquiries from Japanese customers and contribute to knowledge base updates.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in customer support of technical software products.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Windows Server.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Linux.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
