💼 About This Role

You'll own and advance Crunchyroll's global mobility programs across a rapidly scaling international organization. Your role ensures compliant and efficient mobility operations supporting hiring velocity and global workforce strategy. This is a hands-on leadership position with high autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end immigration operations across multiple geographies.
• Oversee relocation program administration for domestic and international moves.
• Establish centralized tracking and reporting for all mobility activities.
• Advise HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on mobility risks and strategies.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related HR operations.
• Deep expertise in employment-based immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, L-1, PERM).
• Experience partnering with external immigration counsel and managing attorney relationships.
• Strong understanding of relocation and cross-border employment compliance.
