Description

You will support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, compliance, visual merchandising, and staff training, to ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years in retail or hospitality leadership
• Proven ability to manage up to 25 employees per shift
• Familiarity with POS, kiosk, or order management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be 21+ and eligible for cannabis industry employment

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations ensuring compliance, cleanliness, and team execution
• Manage and reconcile all cash operations including vault, registers, and EOD reports
• Oversee end-to-end inventory control including receiving, audits, adjustments, and vendor returns
• Coach and develop employees to deliver best-in-class service and meet sales goals
• Execute promotions, merchandising plans, and online/kiosk order management
