💼 About This Role

You'll join a global Revenue Operations team as a strategic partner to North American Sales and Customer Success. You'll lead the regional operating cadence, from territory optimization to performance measurement. You'll proactively identify AI-driven improvements and lead the regional rollout of these capabilities to enhance field team effectiveness.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design and oversee regional territory processes and quarterly account reviews.
  • Architect account engagement frameworks for maximum field impact.
  • Run revenue performance analysis to identify regional trends and bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly forecasting cadences using Clari.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations within B2B SaaS.
  • High-level proficiency in territory planning and complex forecasting cadences.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency with Clari and Salesforce as strategic business tools.
