💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Ushur's end-to-end revenue operating system as a hands-on strategic leader reporting to the CFO. You'll architect the revenue engine, optimize forecasting, pipeline quality, and quote-to-cash, and drive execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. This role offers real ownership and impact in a fast-growing AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own and scale Revenue Operations end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Establish RevOps as a decision-driving function partnering with CFO and GTM leadership
  • Improve pipeline quality and enterprise deal execution with rigorous stage standards
  • Own forecasting, planning, and revenue visibility to build board-trusted forecasts

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in B2B SaaS
  • Deep hands-on experience with Sales Ops including forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk
  • Strong working knowledge of modern GTM stacks and supporting enterprise sales motions
  • Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and executional—design systems and build them yourself
