You'll lead the operation and maintenance of packaging and food production equipment at Tovala, a food-tech company. Your core impact is ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently to meet production and quality standards while training new operators. This role offers the chance to work in a refrigerated environment and direct team members on the line.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor packaging and food production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make mechanical adjustments.
• Train new operators and support team members on the line.
• Clean and sanitize machines during changeovers and at shift end.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Troubleshooting production equipment and resolving mechanical issues
• Food Handler Certification required

• Experience writing or updating SOPs
• Training or mentoring machine operators
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout safety procedures
