Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions. Appointments are designed to give you time to listen, educate, and personalize treatment, supported by expert-developed protocols and a collaborative clinical team.

Requirements

• Active NP license in at least one U.S. state; multiple licenses preferred
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for women in midlife transitions via telehealth
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based protocols
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders for comprehensive patient support
• Participate in weekly accredited clinical education
