💼 About This Role

You'll ensure safety and compliance across spacecraft engineering and pharmaceutical labs at a fast-paced startup. Your work directly safeguards the team building commercial space infrastructure. This role offers exposure to diverse chemical and physical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
• Conduct root cause corrective action investigations and implement mitigations.
• Oversee hazardous waste accumulation, disposal, and routine inspections.
• Develop and manage EHS training materials and coordinate emergency response.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant EHS experience in aerospace, chemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of California environmental and health/safety standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Atlassian suites.

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or equivalent certification.
• Master's degree in related field.
• Experience with hazardous chemicals, HazCom, and hazardous waste.
