You'll lead SumUp's European Key Account Sales team across four markets, driving high-value merchant partnerships in Hospitality, Retail, and Beauty. You'll own the European revenue target and build a high-performing sales culture to win complex deals.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Team Leads across four European markets
- Own the European Key Account revenue target and secure merchant partnerships
- Define and refine the Key Account playbook for Hospitality, Retail, and Beauty
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to sharpen value proposition
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record as a senior outbound sales leader with closing experience
- Experience managing and developing sales teams across multiple markets remotely
- Strong coaching ability developing Team Leads and improving pipeline quality
- Comfortable with outbound sales tools like MixMax, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce
