Description

You will lead the Archer Defense portfolio, incubating new concepts, managing Air Force contracts, and ensuring program delivery across technical, cost, and schedule baselines. You'll collaborate across the organization to align resources and engineering for defense programs.

Requirements

• 6-12 years experience in aerospace or related field
• BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math (MS/PhD preferred)
• Experience with modeling, simulation, design, analysis, fabrication, and test
• Knowledge of RF, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, and communications
• Must be US citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage Archer Defense portfolio, including concept incubation and market solutions
• Lead capture efforts and execute programs across technical, cost, and schedule baselines
• Serve as primary lead for Air Force contracts; ensure deliverables and compliance
• Partner across OEM organization to align resources and manufacturing for defense programs
• Navigate complex, undefined environments and pivot as program requirements evolve
