🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate contract terms and reimbursement rates to payers
• Analyze financial impact of contracts and terms
• Maintain contracts and documentation in a tracking system
• Assist with identifying and recruiting payers for coverage

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years negotiating managed care contracts with government and private payers
• Proficiency in analyzing financial impact of contract terms and reimbursement rates
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with payer contracting and network administration for commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage
• Knowledge of ACO/Risk Contracting and Value Based Contracting
