🎯 What You'll Do

• Support CRM strategy across email, SMS, and web push channels.
• Build and develop automated customer journeys for acquisition and retargeting.
• Create and test dynamic email content using AI generation tools.
• Run A/B tests and manage email/SMS segmentation.
• Monitor CRM KPIs and ensure GDPR compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation role.
• Experience with CRM or marketing platform (e.g., Bloomreach, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Proven experience building and managing automated customer journeys.
• Comfortable with data segmentation and audience management.
